MEET

Andrew Williams

Andrew is a veteran entrepreneur who started his work career in the manufacturing world, working for a large automotive supplier.  He soon left to take on the role as the GM of a 60-person company at age 25 and was hooked on entrepreneurial life ever since. For ten years, he served as COO and co-owner of a family business, Stonegate Designs. 

In 2006 he exited that business and became a Merger & Acquisition advisor, helping lower middle market business owners realize their succession and exit goals.  During the pandemic, Andrew also began helping Business Owners and Leadership Teams grow Stakeholder value by implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOStm).

Andrew has a 16+ year resume as an award-winning M&A Advisor with multiple investment banking licenses.   Through that experience, Andrew has gravitated to deeper discussions with clients regarding the initial motivation behind staring or acquiring their company, the joy they found in it and – as the time approached to exit – where they were planning to invest their energies for the next season of their lives.

His passion is helping entrepreneurs find and experience their purpose and passion in their chapter of life beyond their businesses.

Andrew is married and enjoys spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and dog.  He is a proud Michigan State University Spartan alumni.
